Streamlabs Obs Cloudbot Timers And Commands - Chatbot Tutorial [2020]

I was told that streamlabs had a way to create a command so when my mod came into chat, they can trigger a custom sound alert specific to them. I believe the streamer had it set up so that the first grime they texted in chat for the day, the alert sounded. I don't be it was set to a !command trigger.
Can anyone help me with this please? Or maybe point me to the correct bot or a way that I cam set this up through other software or streaming tools please?

Am just getting setup for my streaming. I tried the timer command when streaming last night but it didn't work. I have about 5 timer commands all setup, but nothing came up. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I already had this but al of a sudden mine stopped working

i wanted to make a timer that did the !quote command ... but when i did streamlabs says !quote and the command will not proc the quotes
