The only changes I’d make would be the basement kitchen into an Irish pub and the basement fireplace into the same wood burning one as upstairs.
Maybe even matching the outside one for the basement patio as well.
Other than that, this is THE perfect home.

I've just watched four of your videos, and I have to say that I'm more than impressed by your designs and builds. I'm in the very embryonic stages of building a non profit for homeless youth. Ranch will be part of our name, so it just makes sense to construct using a ranch style building, and your designs outshine what I'd initially thought of, shipping containers, or even pre-fab units. If I send you some rough architectural renderings, would you be interested in helping build not only the main house, but housing for the kids, and a few homeless Vets. Bare in mind, that this is a non profit, and money is already an issue, and I could go a cheaper route, but to stay true to the "ranch" idea, yours has my interest peaked. The first construction will be in N.C. btw, so we deal with super humid summers, and(too cold for me) mild winters. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
