Not even close. That's one of a few guaranteed combat armor helmets in the game, not including the basic combat armor sets you can loot from Enclave soldiers or the 2 legendary helmets sold by Teagan and Penny.

Outside of those, there is this one at the Milton Garage, another at Hub City Auto Wreckers, and maybe another on one of the mercenary guards at Parsons Asylum. Then you have a pile of money in the 4 FCs and mini nuke. Those items alone are worth it

I stumbled upon Fallon's by accident. I had Codsworth with me, already tricked out like a tank via the Automatron dlc, and we cleaned house.

Not been here yet.
So far the only preserved pie I’ve gotten was in Nuka World.
