There are 2 reason terrible judgement happen.
1. It is just that Umpire or Line judge cannot clearly see the shuttlecocks due to too fast. Challenge system is existing to solve this issue. I hope ,in the future, challenge system is utilized for judging over net fault or touch net fault as well as line judge. besides it, each country working on training to increase the ability of umpires is also mandatory.

2. Patronizing specific players of self-country, especially the country where the tournament is taking place. This should be expelled.

India referee says is out but is in bro so easy to see bro

i think most of the umpire cant even play a decent game of badminton themselves judging from their body shapes. probably they need to learn to play badminton to be more competent umpire.

since players can challenge the line judge with the hawkeye system, then why not they get the right to challenge the umpire with the recording playback system? BWF want to get fcuked?

Some of these are indeed terrible calls, but quite a few are ridiculously close. Hard to blame the umpire when it takes a bit to see things even with slow mo replay.

How this big event this stupid referee appointment I don't understand.... India referee total worst..and they killed good badminton players energy..we are not happy about it... because I am the badminton fan ... I request to badminton federation please don't appoint Indian referees... thank you
