ОтветитьI did this on and off, finally plan to properly do it for a month. After a month ill hopefully be able to do this with more progression. Unlike most comments, ill genuinely do it for 30 days.
Day 1: Was quite tough but I managed to fully finish, I needed 2-3 breaks in between the last 2 exercised (pnedelum and v-hold)

ОтветитьOne of the best exercises I managed to do full 28 days and I’ve been doing diet’s whenever I got rest like you suggested it feels like I don’t need any. But you need to rest for no rush and patience. You always need to squeeze the parts that your working with. I managed to loose 10 kg.

Day 2: strength for better and only had to take the 5 sec break in exs after Russian twists

Day 1 , first workout : did everything without having a break besides v-hold , pendulum , butterfly and also bicycle. I also changed the rest to 15 seconds instead of 10
Day 1 , second workout : only had breaks on v-hold , pendulum, bicyle and i pushed myself to not change to rest timer to 15
Day 2 , first workout : I can see a 2 pack when i flex and I only stopped on pendulum and bicycle and I feel the burn
Day 2 , second workout : i almost didnt rest on bicycle i had 5 seconds left and it was just burning. Also rested on pendulum. Now i will go run 1.5 miles
Day 3 , first workout : I see a massive improvement and I feel a lot stronger I did bicycle with no rest but I stopped on pendulum for 5 seconds . The burn 🔥
Day 3 , second workout : The changes are visible. I feel alot stronger and i did all the exercises with no rest i will keep going! 🔥 in and made me laugh
Day 4 , first workout : no rest needed. Was a struggle on pendulum and bicycle but I pushed through . It 🔥
Day 4 , second exercise : did everything without rest expect pendulum because my brother came in and made me laugh so I stopped for about 7 seconds.
Day 5 , first workout : did everything without stopping expect v hold bc my legs were shaking after pendulum .
Day 5 , second workout : didn't stop this time v hold was making my legs shake like jelly

I'm a girl doing this, but I thought it would be fun considering I've been keeping up with working everyday for almost 2 weeks now! might not seem like a lot, but its the most I've ever kept up with working out and I'm really proud! I do a 10 minute ab workout from MadFit and I've been getting pretty good results! but now Im doing this workout because I really want my abs to be defined! anyways, lets see how it goes!
Day 1: its very interesting, I almost felt bad because It felt like no work was done to my abs. I dont know if I was lazy or if I just will feel the burn tomorrow, but Im kinda disappointed, I feel like I didnt try hard enough or something 😭

Day -1: yes I can do dat.. why i am starting? To get good in shape, to feel less bloated atleast. Want to feel as a achievement for august.
Day1: did all exercises atleast 20 sec. Was hard for me to do Hip raises one and will try to make all exercises into correct form.
