Such a beautiful guided meditation, helping us to restore, heal, connect with mother/father God and manifest our highest selves. Let me ask, is there an extract of the meditation without the instructional bits just the 3-1, into the state, vision, project to relaxing place, vision some more, listen to the affirmations, and a count down to wake up? I would love to share that with the Women in the coming workshops. It would probably be 7-10 mins tops I think.

The steps are a little bit confusing because he tells me to do a 50 count and then he does a 10 count I don't understand this is when I just tell myself the 5 second rule get myself back up and tell myself I'm perfectly fine so I'm confused
