Thank you all for great advice! This video deserves millions of views and likes💖
ОтветитьGet a good foundation and be patient ! @Kevin Chen
ОтветитьI have zero interest in working in the industry. I started taking drawing seriously at age 29. I'm 36 now. I don't have a lot of followers on IG or anything, but I have some fans and drawing/painting has totally changed my life.
ОтветитьThis was really great to watch. Very empowering and inspiring. 🫶🏼
ОтветитьA pro artist calling "pro artits" others artits.
ОтветитьI'm an artist myself and I really need to hear this wonderful advice. I thought about opening my own art business, but my mind was in a negative space by thinking my art is not good as anybody and was a lot of stress. When I watched this, hearing some awesome advice from you guys brought me a lot of courage. Thank you, Ross! Thank you, everybody!
ОтветитьEvery minute of this is pure liquid gold
Thank you
This video was done incredibly well btw, from a viewer's perspective. I love that you added the artwork of the artists as they were handing out the advice. Something so wonderful about studying their work as they unpack a small piece of themselves. Thank you for doing this, as an aspiring artist - this meant so much. Thank you kind sir.
ОтветитьI'm so curious about wlop, why dont lighbox invite him?? ahahaahah he's so mysterious lol
ОтветитьI did felt like giving up at the point because I seen so many artists have good art and I thought I was not making any progress (and yes I was slightly inpatient too), especially when you hear advise from some artists but it still makes you feel stuck from doing your art you love to do. This has inspired me to do it again and this time get it right. Ty. 😌👍
ОтветитьHow did he choose some of my favorite artists ever and some I didn’t even know what looked like irl
ОтветитьSome nice advice.
Why is everyone still walking around with facemasks though... Where I live (western Europe) we ditched those long ago. They don't work for airborne virusses, lots of people are vaccinated or build up a natural immunity a long time ago.
They're just extra unnecessary effort now.
Rachel: I’m so excited to see you
Ross: 🐬🐬🐬
SUMMARY
- focus on yourself and not the numbers. try to be the best artist you can be before focusing on numbers
- failure is a step closer to a better drawing
- be patient with yourself - it is a process
- take care of your body to get back to 100%
- consistency - make sure you keep creating (second nature)
- create whatever that makes you happy
- find what you're passionate in
- create your own thing first
- fine artists: tailor your portfolio to what the studio/company values
- be open minded with opportunities
- be true to yourself and show consistency (Specialization) & make connections
- practice makes permanent - practice with the right mindset on the right skill.
- start small if you're doing bigger projects
- do what you love (comfort and enjoyment)
- always keep going and dont be afraid to reach out to other artists
- draw everyday, draw things that inspire you (what would you buy/attract ur attention?)
- get a good foundation - overkill is okay. learn basics and understand how things work. have patience. learn to enjoy the process
- no rules, just tools.l just have fun.
- dont "just draw", have a purpose and practice & get feedback. apply things you're learning to irl projects
- learn to love - protect your love of art
the end! please interact with this comment so it doesnt get lost
Why it's always the artist who do the biggest number who tell you "don't care about the number"... I found that a little bit hypocrite, cause a lot of artist need number to live and they are here, living well all the numbers telling to people "just don't care about the number" bruh, like I'm sorry, how you want us to live about that ?
ОтветитьDo you guys have any good art discord servers because it would be great to have more honest opinions and tips on my art
ОтветитьAmazing ❤️
ОтветитьThe way I recognized Devin Elle Kurtz juste by her voice 😂
Thank you Ross for collecting all these precious advices
Where was light box? It was in America right
ОтветитьSam and Josh speaking loud??

ОтветитьThanks! I'm a beginner artist and I have much to learn! But this gives me inspiration to continue!
My dream is to become a concept artist ahahah!

ОтветитьLESS GO NOW I AM INSPIRED
ОтветитьI'm going to show up, with my ai art. I bet I can beat these guys
ОтветитьSo to resume all those great artists :
"If you want progress, if you want success, BE YOU. Your art is YOU."
🥰
ОтветитьNot sure how true this advice is with AI generators now
ОтветитьYou can't escape from a sam does art drawing without a birb
ОтветитьSam can speak louder than his gentle whispering???
I never knew it was possible... The more you know.
My biggest art advice is to draw a piece that will make you go. "WOO!!! You're so beautiful/handsome!!!"
Nothing is better than getting ampt up by your own artwork...
I am a new nail artist/tech and I got soo much good advice which is relevant across different art circles 🙌
ОтветитьOh wow, I've been following these artists online for some years now and this is actually the first I got to see them (on screen). So freaking cool! Thanks Ross! Sending ❤️
