Through everyone I know, if my spm results shows that I basically failed, my parents, teachers and everyone would just say "your gonna have a hard future"

Spm results isnt everything, it doesnt defy you as a failure if you failed but people said just get the spm certificate to atleast get a job(which is to pass Malay and history), but failing spm just makes it harder for you on life here, thats why people said to get high grades in spm so that life in Malaysia would be easier

If you're having a hard time to get spm then take svm to learn life skill, it has the same power spm but has extra benefits as you are not at the same level like spm students, svm is easier and has a lot of benefits

But as far as Im concerned just dont dropout just work hard at school and after school do whatever you want as long you put work into it

This does not necessarily apply to 16-20 year olds today, as you need qualifications to even be given a chance employment, and without that employment, you’re not getting the capital to start your own business. It may well have been different when you were 16-20.

school matters in the sense of it teaching some skills, take countries like equtorial guinea for example, barely any education and they score the lowest on IQ test.

so school does matter, for certain jobs, but you shouldnt let a letter define who you are, i did that and nearly commited suicide. While you should stil try your hardest dont let it get to your head.
