99% is more than enough for maximum processor state! 100% causes extreme heating in most devices

Don't use this it makes whatever game you're playing completely crash

I wouldn't set the minimum state to 0. First, it should always be > 0 and second, you're doing this to conserve more battery, but switching processor state also takes time. If you are on power supply, just leave it at 100%.
