Thank you for such a great video. I wish I had watched this before I had returned my two cartridges to Amazon thinking that they were not going to fit and buying a $100.00 one when I could have just taken the orginal out of its casing.

You have to shake it right to left not up to dow before you install please update it.

This printer was a lot lighter than expected. Easy to set up also. Just follow the instructions works great! I purchased this one because I needed something to print out homework assignments since I went back to college.

My Brother MFC 8690dw is telling me I need a DRUM REPLACEMENT. Does that mean toner cartridge? Or something else? Thanks.

Bullshit , i almost broke my printer because of that stupid move you did when you put the new toner inside the printer and took it out … why did you do that ? Its a straight forward process no meed to fuck around and do stupid things like that .

Mine still says to replace the toner cartridge. It won’t work. I did the same thing you did. Any idea why it’s not working?

Actually you changed it pretty early. Brothers give warning "toner low" before "replace toner." You could have gotten quite a few more prints out of it. Everyone should know new printers come with half-filled (low capacity TN-730) toners. The first cartridge will not be the "full" yield in the future.
