Just to FYI everybody: Phantom Liberty is going to nerf all clothing armor. You should pick clothing for style, and maybe for other non-armor buffs(if they still allow them).

Anyone else not able to get Johnny's silver arm now on ps5?

Fixer shoes are not present in the blue van in Japantown, at least for my playthrough, on PS5 with game version 1.63.

How do you come across these, datamining or hardcore exploration of the world? :D Some of these are quite easy, but some are so hard to find. Iäm just imagining what cool ideas, locations and loots there will be if they release full modding tools to community in some point, the world is so large, complex, and full of cool little niches where you could put almost anything for players to find :)
