If u need to keep linked objects into one scene for sheep-it, just select all ur objects with "A", go to Object/Relations/Make Local/All.

I did not know paid assets are forbidden on sheep it... this is instantly a deal breaker for almost any of my projects, and i imagine this is a deal breaker for many as well

I think your tile size is not correct for the gpu thats why your pc takes a lot of time
