How to reset MySQL root Password

In my program data folder, I couldn't find the my.ini folder. How to go about?

I'm able to open through workbench directly, without asking password but I can't log in through command prompt. Showing many errors after executing the mysqld......//resert.txt file command. Please help.

By the way for new version instead of mysql 80 is root on service

After running Mysql i'm not able to open command line Client ... regarding this please help me
