I have Slashfang toy from 1994 still in its box, sealed.

Such awesome work you did getting this game working in MAME! We've done videos of almost all the characters including Necrosan thanks to your clever work, and a guide from AdmiralMcfish who provided a tutorial to get Necrosan working as a playable character.

Slashfang is not Primal Rage 1 but only Action Figure Toy.

Holy crap I did even know Slashfang was programmed into the game!!

It was a really dumb idea to make giant people and its also really dumb when they turn into a different character for a combo. The people are the ugliest designs im glad they didn't release it.

Maybe in the flea market or eBay, I can purchase a Slash Fang figure and a NecroSan figure from the cancelled video game sequel.

In 2019, I can design my own custom-made action figures from other classic Atari Games, such as Primal Rage, Vicious Circle and Mace the Dark Age.

I remember trying to access this game past the character select years ago. I gave up though, this is incredible to see. How did you access this much of the game?

man they should have made a dire wolf in there called it lycon lord of the pack or something but make it look like a bi pedal werewolf and have his human name would be Romulus his attacks woud be feet and claws and teeth his fighting style would be amazing like a wee super stars like brown strowman meets ultimate warrior but with a primal fighting style that would be amazing man they need to remake this and sell it in all platforms

I think I've waited 20+ years to see this. As a huge dino buff the realism of the dinos were a big appeal to my 12 year old self. Slashfang should have been quadruped, though. It would have made him challenging to learn and made his fighting different. But I know the developers were trying to go with more human-friendly avatars.
Slashfang kind of looks like a bad anthro furry. Ah, how my tastes have changed. Nonetheless, I'm glad to see all his animations and real ending!

Wait, so Primal Rage 2 would have explained that the monsters are actually morphable persons like Bloody Roar?
