I’m kind of new to fishing but I’m pretty confused on this subject. Different videos say opposite things. They tracked bass in Texas and found that they set up “homes” and don’t move further away than about 150ft almost their whole life. Some bass have 2 homes and go back and forth but that’s rare.
So which one is it? Migration or homes?

It's actually 2 things bass focus on survival an reproduction. Food would be listed under survival living conditions with structure water temperature oxygen levels in water an water pressure an covor like stick ,rock an weed piles pockets flats dropoffs

This info is great but harder to follow with Florida’s inconsistent weather. I believe we’re in a fall pattern rn. They also spawn more throughout the year here.
