How do you transfer money to your account after someone makes a purchase? This is with affirm

shoppay is a scam. beware. I used it a lot and then affrim with shoppay said i could pay in installments. they took 2 payments out and my product never showed up. i contacted the merchant and they never responded. so i tried to contact shoppay and affrim and it was impossible. I ended up sending a email to info at both companies and no response after a week so i contacted my bank and stop payment. then shoppay said my account was pass due. they finally gave me a phone number to call. after being on hold for 30 minutes and explaining to them what happened they told me i still had to pay and it would take 90 days to resolve. I told them no and i already cancelled with my credit card. They harass me everyday. even when i block them. I will never buy from a merchant that uses shoppay.
