I’m happy to see a shop vac.. now if we could get a backpack vacuum for commercial cleaning, that would be great!! ( for long hallways in apartment buildings, and other large commercial offices..sometimes plugs are difficult or impossible to get to)

Like someone hi know told me, just wow around 600$ for a gallon of electricity and only 60 minutes to refill that gallon, the future is here……

They need to fix the lack of pass through charging on the 2000 watt inverter. If they fixed it , I would buy it then.

EGO is awesome. They really thought of everything.

The only thing I wanted to comment on is the Vacuum Wheel Lock. Couldn't they implement a one pedal lock.
Those tiny locks are an annoyance, sometimes the lock hides beneath the machine.
Heck, make it cover 360 degrees for easy reach foot pedal.

I had a catastrophic failure with mine. The impeller shaft only turns about half way then totally jams. Im guessing the transmission has failed. Ive been on the phone for over a week with non technical idiots. They are trying to void the warranty because I took the impeller assembly off. Had to escalate the case two times and now they want me to drive it 3 hours to a repair center. Im thinking about just parting it out on Ebay. Just ordered the green works from Costco. Comes with 3 batteries and at least Costco will stand by it. I've seen bad reviews on the green works brand too.

It's not a suddzer, its just a nozzle tip that is a zero angle. 15,30,45 and 0 are typical nozzle sprayer tips.

I have several ego products (they are good) but one of my two 7.5ah 56v is dead, other is just ok. They just turned 3yrs old. The one die after 2 yrs. Battery quality is important and the technology is still lacking (no consistency), and add to that an Ego replacement is at a minimum $400 each. If you have a tractor that that takes 6 batteries, you’re talking an additional $2,400 just to keep it running over the years. I’m looking to purchase two more batteries $800+ minimum just to run my little snowblower and a leaf blower a couple times a year. So, I have to make that hard decision to continue to invest or get read of everything Ego. However, I do like the simplicity, reliability of electric motors and I wish I had that dirt bike as a kid or maybe I need it now!

They need to do an e-bike

I own a lot of ego tools, but what I want to say is that ego's lawn mowers are of poor quality, the control circuit board has a high failure rate, and it can't be started in less than two years when used at home for non-commercial purposes. If you do the math, you will know that the lawn mower costs about $600, which is enough for you to hire someone to mow the lawn for two years, and you don't have to do the work yourself. The other tools are good. Another disadvantage is that the battery life is also very short. One of the 2.5ah batteries can hardly be charged. The 7.5ah battery can still be used, but the capacity loss is very obvious. In summary, if you buy ego products for relatively low noise and no maintenance (oil change), etc., you can choose to buy it. If you want to use it for a long time, it is recommended to buy a gasoline engine.

I really wish we could work out the legality of the mini bike. How cool would it be to roll into a city with your car and whoop it out the trunk. Have a car charger for the batteries ya know.

I was putting off getting a pressure washer hoping that EGO would put one out. Gave up waiting and bought a corded model. Then the EGO one comes out! Guess I'm putting the other one up on the neighborhood marketplace...
