as an A1 owner i can say : not a bad phone, but unnecesary big, too big for hands and pocket ; display is slow, has ghosting (when compared with my old galaxy S3 amoled) ; the speaker does not handle loud sonds very well, like a cracking little bit ; is not water resistant at all ; has no NFC ; camera not good ; display contrast when compared with amoled is poor ; sometimes the lock screen behaves chaoticaly, maybe it is by an app which i use, dont know yet ; LED notification has only one color and is very dim . If i could choose now, i would buy a smaller AMOLED phone .

I've got MI A1. I've been using this for 7 days. I've been facing the issue of network connectivity. The device is not able to shift the network type from 4G to 3G/2G in case of inefficient 4G signals. The device simply shows that no network signals are available. When we manually shift to 3G or 2G, network bar becomes full. A lot of people are facing the same issue in MI A1. I have followed many reviews before buying this phone. I wonder how come nobody has faced this issue while reviewing this device.
