Can u also use the statues in franchise and and sandbox ones unlocked? If so where to find them. I want to use the ones I earned in my sandbox zoo creations

Frontier gave me a feature I will never use. I keep my water absolutely clear at all times. But that's my preference. Everyone has likes and dislikes. It is good to see Frontier attempting to listen to their fans.

They should just do a camera mode so you can update the picture. This game looks so good.

You could make “fake” backgrounds/windows for indoor exhibits with those huge billboards with custom pictures

Just make your own educational board, take the bottom of the design & add to your own animal image.

The bronze color reward statues look more like copper...
The water looks green in zoos because it's extremely difficult to keep algae from blooming when you can't add chlorine.

Love the idea of those trophy statues but I so wish they came in the more weathered versions. No zoo you go to will have the fresh bronze look to them

So this update is pretty much everything that should have been in the game from launch. Multiple spawn areas, billboards, and saving different modes to sandbox were already in PC. This game just felt half-finished at launch. Have they even put in barriers so you can make the guests not walk through walls yet?

@DeLadysigner You can get the png file of any billboard, copy them and edit the picture, the frame is exactly 450x168 px .
You'll find the files in ProvidedCustomTextures in your Planet Zoo folder (for steam Steam\steamapps\common\Planet Zoo\ProvidedCustomTextures)

Also I wish you can scale animal to be bigger or smaller, cause I want to try to make a really big Gorilla named King Kong :) and I cant wait for the South East Asia DLC :) quite frankly I think there should actually be a Eurasia DLC that introduces all of the animals from Eurasia, I'm not sure why they consider Europe and Asia as two separate continents, I think continents are either different plates of the earth or separated by a big body of water like an ocean or a sea?

I once again find myself agreeing with you, i to wish the statues were more consistent with their styles. Right now there isn't really a way to use the animal statues and have them blend together.

Honestly when you changed the water colour in the otter habitat it reminded me a lot of a swamp. It really looked like green algae filled water with a thick layer of duckweed on the top of it! I thought it fit it perfectly! Would also look great in a caiman, gharial or hippo habitat I would think~

You all are lucky because since I downloaed it my game won't work it crash every time. I m so Mad at myself If only I didn't download it. It work perfectly before... I hope Frontier solve this problem as quickly as possible. 😭

Did they fix the bug where drop down menus weren’t appearing?

Water in the Arctic and Antarctic looks so greenish blue due to sediment stuck in glaciers being released into the ocean so this is actually realistic for some areas

So we can use those huge billboards as backdrops to your exhibits. Since they can be videos we can have moving landscapes behind the animals!

Something I would like is to change the grass, to choose if it will be the grass of the biome in which the zoo is located or of another biome, type grass of the tundra or savanna biome, the same for the other types of terrain uwu

I have giant aquarium style tanks for my otters and grey seals and it is so much better with the water color change options! I definitely agree that the surface color leaves something to be desired but its something I can live with to get the underwater views I was looking for

Now I can make my aquarium.

The color is really spot on if you compare with Paira Daiza (I pulled up a photo I took some weeks ago), even from above, but it's waaaaaay more transparant in real life.
But I get what you mean. If you go to a dolfinarium (f.e. I've visited Harderwijk last year when I was travelling in the Netherlands) it's harder to see 'far' into the water.

I like the water color change option. I'm building a zoo in Banff Alberta and the lake water there is almost electric blue and green sometimes. Love it!

I just started playing Planet Zoo again a couple days ago and one of the first things I realised were there were no customisable billboards and TV's, this timing is perfect for me
So happy to see them added!
