The first ever synth-pop song, 2 years ahead of "Daisy Bell" and 15 years before "Autobahn".

The More I read about Scott the more brilliant and sadder his story is. This man wasn't just ahead of his time, it seems like he was from another planet, like Sun Ra and Stockhausen and all the great electronic music pioneers before him.

O okay everything i can possibly say about this song and how dope it is and what a fantastic job dilla and DOOM did with this sample has already been said in the comments but for some weird reason i thought it was an old school toy like light bright but different and i just envisioned like four little white kids playing with the toy while this chick is like singing in the back ground making it seem like it's the greatest thing since free cheese but i was wrong 😂😂😂

the fact that THIS GUY, who i've known about for years because of Dilla but kind of faded into the back of my mind, is the same guy who was the orchestra leader on Your Hit Parade in the 1950s is astonishing to me
