Hi There, i'm budding writer and coming to Canada this May 2023 as a student, i'm always keen to work for a Penguin publishing company, could you help me on how to apply for Penguin Random house Canada

I'm a 17 year old who has been thinking of working at Penguin Random House in the future for a while now, but I got a few questions that I've been wondering and I hope you can answer:

1. Does Penguin Random House accept remote jobs for people who work full-time (Like non-interns)?

2. Does Penguin Random House give its worker a chance to work overseas, like in other offices of the company in other countries?

I Hope this isn’t rude but do you work in like the publicity aspect, like making ads and like sneak peeks and making the books look good? I’m really curious because I’d love to do this!!

I have English Lit degree and worked in journalism but it is very hard to get into publishing but I am glad to see you here and the behind the scenes 💜 Reminds me of The Younger show. I wonder if it is as glamorous and inspiring as that ?

Wow this was a lot more fun to watch than I anticipated! I’m writing a romcom where the MC is an intern at a pub house so I searched DITL videos and found you! I giggled at the FRIENDS reference and I’m totally putting the grumpy copy machine in my book. You gave me so many fun ideas. Ahh if I lived in a major city I would totally intern. What's your qualifications? What you have done in your studies?

By the way, I like the comment where you said "Speak, even if your voice shakes." That is such a strong statement! So many of us might feel too nervous, intimidated, or we may feel that our voices don't matter. But you never know what can be accomplished if you don't try. You also have to remember that your voice matters.

It's amazing. Recently, I talked with a resume consultant about my interest in working as an editor from home. In the conversation I had with her, she briefly mentioned Penguin, and then your video pops up in my suggestions a few days later. What a coincidence! It was really cool to see what it's like being a publishing intern for Penguin in your video. It looks like you guys stay plenty busy (with it also being a rewarding experience). From I see in the video, it looks like the staff members are happy and very willing to help you and make sure you fully grasp the tasks you are assigned, which is great!

I would like to become an editor intern somewhere, but it's a challenge since I graduated from college in 2018. Internships I have researched either want you to be enrolled at the time of application and/or have some type of experience prior to applying. It's very frustrating. I have been working as a volunteer editor at another magazine....but I still need to build up my skills. Since I know editing is a competitive field, I want to get as much skills as I can.
