With the mother being a spy, you could make a hidden room with money in it and have the missing knife in there. Maybe a secret room that's behind the mothers closet? OR A room with a hidden staircase that leads to a hidden attic that only has a chair facing out of the window with a toy bear and knife? Also love you two!

I love imagining that the guy in the crypt was actually just their colleague, Dave, who sadly passed away in a chicken accident and he was such a party animal that he specifically requested to have the bar/party area under there in honour of him. He’s not actually in the casket he is in the urn at the bar. And for some reason whenever the bartender leaves drinks next to it, they empty out when no one’s looking… weird

I absolutely love this idea. Such a fun idea to do a haunted mansion but add a little secret in each room. I'm loving it. I'm on bed rest before recovering from surgery getting ready for another and this had really taken my mind off everything. So, thank you so much ladies.

- the death room could literally be a pool with the croc or a séase room
- a pool that looks like a pond/fountain and a fountain that looks like a pool

- hide a woohoo bush around the maze, mixed in with the maze
- whalebert somewhere hidden?
- hiding something under a bed (the knife) but u can see a bit of it
- hiding something inside a casket
- a balcony that leads to a secret room

Forget trash night, imagine having to climb up a ladder and wander through a maze, AT NIGHT while you are DRUNK

This is just a suggestion but what if you put candles in the bathroom (specifically, under the bathtub and) to make it more romantic but also play into the spooky feeling. Movies usually do that and it also makes elevates the room and makes it look more expensive.

You know how morticia addams has a pet lion and giant venusflytrap, that but its George the croc and a cowplant.

I would build a secret pathway in the basement that links the house to the speakeasy!!

adding to the family lore i feel like maybe the wife was the one wiht the secret for the ambrosia and maybe the husband tried to seduce her to steal the recipe but he accidentally fell in love and now theyre parents.
