Day 1: ✅ I expected my arms to be sore but it isn’t that sore
Day 2: ❌ busy
Day 3: ❌ busy
Day 4: ✅ At first I felt my arms getting sore but when I finished it’s ok
I have been doing these excerises from past 4 months..and trust me they are very effective
Being skinny having huge breast always made me uncomfortable..but these workouts helped me to tones my arms and also lift my breast
But unfortunately now I have stopped working out because I'm losing a lot of upper body weight and this is making me more skinny
today is my first day of doing this i can feel the burn i was looking so a routine for this and glad i found this thanks
