You sound way to much like a salesman. Become a consultant and let them know you’re there to help instead of trying to just sell the product.

You have to ask for the shippers. What are you going to get out of a person who doesn’t control that part of the company. That’s like trying to sell a baseball bat to an NFL player. Terrible rejection response

Since entering the freight and logistics arena, I've watched quite a few videos to gain a better understanding of the business. I've been extremely disappointed with my research because most videos are full of fluff, painfully obvious sugar, and content providers spend more time promoting their channels than providing real content. Many freight broker channels that get a lot of views and promotion are actually harming the industry rather than helping it. That's not the case here. Thank you Mike for letting me get this off my chest! In an oasis of freight broker video desert, you are mentoring me from a distance. Please keep up the good work!

I agree with most things but the annual contract objection was my least favorite. You’re not going to tell a Fortune 500 company or higher to change their whole process when it comes to a potential 3pl vendor that they never worked or heard of before this call. If anything, talk more about the changing markets and possibility of spot freight that pops up.

I just wanted to comment and say thank you. I am trying to get a career started in Logistics with a company called Worldwide Express, I have been a bit nervous I jump into it but after watching all your videos I feel a lot more confident and it makes me want to pound the phones right now!!

This style of sales is completely backward. Where’s the opening sales questions? Closed questions are a no go especially to close the sale. There is too much flapping going on. The potential client must talk more than the host of the sales call for it to be successful HMU for better sales strategies 🤦🏼‍♂️

I decided to go back to the beginning rather than cherry pick my way through. Been lurking on your LinkedIn for a time. This platform is just easier to listen and still get things done.
