Final Fantasy X Remake and Release Date?

I hope they fix the balancing and weird plot stuff with FFX

Since FF7 and FFX share the same universe how wack would it be to see a crossover with FFX REmake having some direct connections through the whisperers from 7REmake

Final fantasy x is one of my favorite games hopefully they make a remake because I will buy it for sure

Part 10 is perfect for a remake! Updating it to today's modern standards, allowing for features like 360-degree views, and enhancing the leveling system would be great. The story was already well-crafted, and who knows, it might just need a bit of polishing.

Part 6 could also benefit from a remake, and perhaps Square Enix is considering modernizing multiple installments! They have my approval. And if you personally don't want to, well, you're not obligated to play the respective remake!

They better not tonedown or censor the costumes in X-2.

I think ff8 deserves love too and and maybe a ff3 or better known as ff6 according to Japan would be a great game to tap into and a personal of mine I love is ff12 I think they could reinvent it into a more open world game without load screens

I'm praying for a remake with the option to change the language and subtitles. As far as I'm concerned, there is no "official" way to play FFX with Japanese audio and english subtitles.
For me, that would be a whole new experience. Playing the game with a "new" voice cast

I will not give up hope that some day a ff 13 remake is going to happen.

I would like them to make an FFX series. I want them to start the same intro and then viewers would have the same reaction that the music is good and such but will later learn that the intro scene is heartbreaking.

Not sure that FFX will be remade anytime soon. They still have Rebirth and the 3rd part of FFVII yet to go. FFX currently still holds up very well especially the HD versions. Remember there was also rumours for FFX-3 which still hasn't come to anything.

I really hope this happens. I remember seeing the commercial. I was so mesmerized. I buy the game over again whenever I get a new console.

I'll believe it when I see it. Any of these "leaks" are easily just well thought out predictions they may have had some luck with guessing. One person guessing right once or twice e isn't enough to convince me that they are "reliable."

I really hope we get a few more end game optional Aeons to balance the lameness of Yojimbo and the Magus sisters.

This is a water themed game so it should have a water element Aeon like Leviathan. Maybe Titan as well.

The fact that we're talking about a golden age of Square Enix shows how badly that company has fallen. For them only Sakaguchi and Uematsu returning on the head of the company as creatives could save them from the absolute bottom they are swimming in currently.

I would have preferred final fantasy 6 or 8 or 9 remake instead.
Ffx has had more of it's share of remasters and they still are great to play, its better to give the rest of ff titles some focus instead.

ive played and beat x-2 but not x so this will be a treat to see yuna again.

I still can't wrap my head around how FFX is my favorite game and yet FFX-2 is nearly my most hated. If only they'd focus entirely on FFX and not try to polish a turd alongside it.

im not playing console game anymore, my last console is ps3. but if Square Enix really do remake for FF VIII & FF X, i will buy ps5 on the same day the game released.

I hope they don't change the battle system like in the Final Fantasy VII remake. I love the CBT system because it's just so strategic. Sure for a new generation of players it might be a bit boring. But the turn-based battle system was a part of the main Final Fantasy games until FFX. Even in Final Fantasy XIII the battle system was fine, even if it took me a while to warm up to it. From XV onwards, the run was over for me and became too ARPG-like. Even though I love Crisis Core in the end.

I can't wait for ffX remake. Hopefully they respect the original one like they did in ff7 remake

the graphics look fine.
Sure Tidus fake laugh is cringe... but still great scene.

Remake of FFX makes sense as they can relate it's lifestream to FF7's

If they do not keep it turn based, i won't buy it.

FFX is my all-time favorite game, and that sphere grid system was immaculate. Gave me the freedom to choose how my characters are to be. Do you want lulu to be the melee damage dealer? Go ahead. Whats that? You want Auron to be the mage? Not a problem

I have never had more freedom in any final fantasy game other than FFX.

And that is just the gameplay. Dont get me started on the story.

I really want that Remake! I always wanted to play it so bad.... I have started it but never finished it since I hate the Turn Based Fighting System....
If they make FFX and FFX-2 like FFVII Remake & Rebirth then I am all in. Haven't played the OG FFVII but started now with FFVII Remake
