If it keeps happening why do you keep the subscription? I love ur videos but it looks like more of a hassle to keep it than to get rid of the bag subscription idk
ОтветитьI love your eye makeup so much!!! Please do a tutorial on it, I beg of you! I wish Ipsy would just drop their bags, they are worthless IMO. They are too small to do anything with, I know it's their "thing" but they suck :)
ОтветитьI've had the same issues and usually they no longer have the product I was supposed to get which frustrates me more. How? One was already purchased by myself. Did you then resell that item? Also, I haven't been pleased with my choices lately. I at least want it to be worth it. I don't want refreshments pushed on me.

ОтветитьI don't get ipsy anymore but I had this shipping issue pretty often. I'd love to be the person catching those items falling out of the trucks lol those bags honestly don't seal well. For a while they were adding a sticker, but I don't see that on yours.
ОтветитьI had only 2 products in my July bag too! And the 3 that I did not receive were the high value products too! I was supposed to get a mini electric hair brush (valued on their site at $150!!), that I was super pumped for, but nope, not in my bag! I just got my “replacement” products today and they were totally different that what I was supposed to get. Still no electric hair brush too, but replaced with a regular ol’ barrel brush😢 Yeah, I’m pissed too 😡😤
ОтветитьHappened to me the last 2 months as well…. I am so frustrated that we are being charged a handling fee for to not even get what we paid for. I’m over it. We’re paying more (it feels like every few months) for a service that keeps getting worse
ОтветитьYou should watch Alexandria Ryan unbox her July Ipsy plus. She had similar issues. Last month, my mailman put my glam bag in my neighbor's mailbox. I had to have the maintenance guy get it out. I hope you emailed Ipsy.

ОтветитьThe Banilla co oil cleanser is amazing as a first step in a double cleanse. It removes all my makeup, I purchased another sample before I finished the first. The dear beach lip and cheek tint is cute and has a smooth formula.
I've had similar issues with ipsy regarding missing items. Once you notify them they seem willing to help. They reshipped a missing item from last month's glam bag. I'm still waiting for it. I noticed the more add ons you purchase, the longer you have to wait for your bag.
I got my Glam Bag plus super early this month I think like the 6th or 7th and all of my add-ons were missing I was so mad and then it took me forever to get in touch with somebody it took them two days to get back to me Ipsy is starting to really piss me off cuz this is the second month in a row that they have screwed up my add-ons for my bag
ОтветитьI LOVE that cleansing balm. I use this first, starting with my eyes. Then I use a regular cleanser to clean my face again. Great size for travel, too.

I received a broken lipstick in my babebox uk, either June or July, they get here so late, I often get two together
I have spoken to, and left msgs, with the Bots, and sent Emails to them, directly, not only requesting my refund, but also cancelling my subscription, even though it was a pay monthly box, that you could either choose, or not.
Only to receive a bill for August!!
Anyone have any tips? x
I really loved the Ipsy Glam Bay Plus at first and then I started getting two of each product in the same bag and not even the correct month’s bag. I’ve thought of trying Ipsy again, but I’m a little nervous. I did love receiving the July base bag. Super cute!

ОтветитьI've had some issues, in April they sent products but nothing that they promised I emailed them and they said they ran out of the products they chose and also the ones I chose. I really complained and they sent me a little tube of a white truffle serum. I have been thinking of canceling I've been with them 5 yrs

ОтветитьI just had this problem with my July glossy box. 3 items were missing nd the offered to refund me 30%of what I paid I said no I want what I was promised otherwise that's false advertisement. Still waiting to hear back

ОтветитьI'm so sorry you're having so many problems with ipsy :( I've been with them for about 6 years and hardly ever have issues. If i do,they're usually really good about helping resolve it. I hope you start having better luck soon

ОтветитьSo I feel your frustration my Glam X was completely wrong products than what I was supposed to get and then I asked to send the correct products and then they said they didn’t have the products and then I see the products in add ons and then they sent me wrong replacements and also Boxycharm I ordered over $50 of drop shop and I finally reached out after a month and they said oh sorry we don’t have any of the items after keeping my money for a month and then they ripped me off on my refund and I had to reach out again and then this month I got an email that I wouldn’t get my lorac illuminating primer because they couldn’t get it and it’s in the charm shop I think I’m canceling all and going somewhere else to get a box and the Better Bussiness Bureau needs to be contacted I smell SCAM
ОтветитьI canceled Ipsy. I never got my may or june bags. I turned them over to the BBB and got a refund for may and they sent out a replacement bag from 2 yrs ago. This business is literally a scam, they take your money and they dont care.

ОтветитьI’ve also received my glam bag with items missing. They did resend it once I emailed explaining my packaging was open in my mailbox and my items must had fallen out during shipping. Still yet it’s annoying.

But, this is why I subscribe to you because I REALLY want to get the right subscription boxes and I love how you present them. I have to say that I will NOT be doing business with Ipsy and I don't know how you have the courage to keep going for it...but it looks like they have employees in their shipping departments that are "playing makeup" instead of their jobs. Like they say, "Oh wow, I want this and I'll just stick this in instead". I mean come on. I used ti want to do a side job selling like Avon or something (reminds me of my mom) but I knew I'd want to get everything..almost. To me it is obvious that Ipsy has employees that have sticky fingers or the management is so bad that they are not preparing well and those in shipping just do the best they can to keep the job...and I'm being nice. So I'm glad that I did not sign up but I am so sorry they ditched you this way. I can understand why you would feel that they did deliberatly, but I'm sure they didn't. You are the BEST presentator for this subscription boxes. You are well educated and familier with the produsts. I don't even know what most of the brands are. But, that is why I check them out here first...so thanks for that. Now any thing, I noticed that at beginning of video you gave a short disclaimer of sorts, explaining that you are not paid or commensated in any way but pay for the boxes with your own money. I 100% believe that. That is why I choose you to show me these subscriptions. I'm hoping that no one accused you of being paid to give anything but an honest review. I am a bit jealous because I would so love to get all of these boxes each month and I can pass on the extras to friends...maybe. I'd probably keep them. Hee Hee. I wish Thrive cosmetics had a box...excuse me...Causemetics. So if they ever get one...I'm sure you'd have it. See ya Have a great weekend.
ОтветитьThat's nothing. I recently ordered 20 past Glam Bags & Glam Bag Plusses to give as gifts. They all show as shipped. I received the package today and there were only TWO of the small Glam Bags in the box. I haven't received another recent order as well. Now I'm having to deal with their less-than-adequate customer service. Ugggh!

ОтветитьNot that I'm cheating on you but Alexandria Ryan also didn't get her full glam bag either. She got the coconut roller ball and a Juice Beauty item. Only 2 things in her bag. She also has other issues with her normal bags where she gets 2 or 3 but gets charged for 3. It seems Ipsy's a bit of a mess right now. But... Alltrue is even messier!!! Charging people and not sending items. Then those of us that did chargebacks for our add on orders are getting the items we ordered in March?? Someone just posted on FB that they had glass breakage in their box as well as a liquid container that spilled all over everything. I'm glad I'm done with them!!

ОтветитьYour bag looked very easy to open so i'm guessing that someone at the post office grabbed the rest of the product from the mailer....I had a hair brush missing but had the rest of my items in June....ugh...kinda makes it more easy for me to cancel this one.

ОтветитьMy skylar came with around 85-90% spilled out! I got one from Ipsy as add one two months ago and the same thing happened, picked it out this time so I should have learned my lesson 😩 all they can do is give me points too! Not even a replacement. So close to cancelling
