all women and men at the top of their game in any field, accepted their "walk in" meaning that they sold their soul for where they are, and they are paid the big money on earth...

41 not a big deal to have a baby when most women are still having normal cycles at this age, for many women it’s quite likely they will fall pregnant if they don’t avoid it..most probably couples avoid it if they finished their families earlier, but it’s choice and opportunity, 40s pregnancies were apparently more common before the days of the contraceptive pill…

Nice interview. Lovely woman. Never understood the raised eyebrows of women having babies over the age of 40. Women have been having babies well into their forties since the beginning of time. It seems like only in the last several decades that this suddenly became an issue.

I just tired of seeing celebrities interviewed. The whole world is so hung up on fame and celebrity. I would much rather see the Dalai Lama or someone who is actually trying to do something deeper in their lives and for the world.. Sorry Sienna, but all you celebs are kind of boring. Too many movies to watch, all of us watch way too much TV/movies....if they didn't make another movies for 10 years, there is enough stuff to watch for an eternity. We should all stop watching movies and get out and truly authentically help out in this world...

It's 2023, and I'm in my 40s just had my baby a few months ago. Yet, there is still stigma about being an older mom, I think society at large is ridiculous. 

Now I have a lot more resources, money and time, and focus for this baby. Although I would have wanted to be a mom in my 30s, I just wasn't able to. But that's another story.

Life happens and you just embrace it and enjoy it.

Usually American women interviewers are fun. This one was so stiff and boring, unnatural. When u interview Sienna, u r interviewing a friend. Sienna is very comfortable on her own skin. This interview clearly isn’t. She should change her job to coffee or tea server. Although she relaxed better as she interviewed.

Thank you Sienna for describing so well, in not many words, how society see us women who are late mothers. I am 40 and I would love to have a baby, and I refuse to accept that my time is over only because motherhood at a younger age is what is considered normality. The only thing that might stop me is my body. I hope to be as lucky as you. Lots love x

I never comment but wow this interviewer was awful!!!! SO rude. Why on EARTH bring up jude law and remind her of that pain and while pregnant AND she brings up tom being with a new woman now and asking about meal times and most painful things that have been said about her???? Asking about reminders of trauma? This is actually ridiculous. Vogue shame on you. This should be taken down. Sienna should have walked out.

That's such an English mentality regarding the age of pregnancy. I'm English and live in Mexico. I'm also unexpectedly pregnant at 41 (will have just turned 42 when I give birth early next year) and not a single person here.. even my doctor has ever mentioned my age in all this!! I panicked when I found out I was pregnant as I'm used to the English mentality of a woman being written off at age 35 regarding having a baby. Let me tell you...its nonsense ....so many of us are having happy and healthy pregnancies in our 40s. Do not let it stand in your way ❤

The lady doing the interview is so dull, no offense, maybe she was nervous..

My mum had me at 41 in 1974, so very much an older mum back. I didn't miss out on anything because of her age, I just had a mum that was a lot more relaxed and at ease with herself and motherhood.

Now that is a really healthy attitude and how a celebrities should react to social media, ignore it, don't engage with it, don't read it. Well done Sienna
