ОтветитьThanks for getting back John hey I know this is pretty basic but if my shoulders are hurting which they been for weeks from not working them properly for almost 2 years ,should I be doing other things, like the bench presses as I know they do kind of incorporate those muscles as well because I must work out even though my shoulders hurt , your thoughts ? and thank you for your time
ОтветитьHey John I just wanted to thank you for these great exercises , I was becoming very stagnant in my exercise routine And these arm exercises really pay dividends , I’m 58 and look great , pun intended and I can thank you for some of that, keep pushing those wieghts around buddy !!!!
