The camera is so good but you offer only a 1 year warranty, thats how much trust you put in its durability

My camera alignment slider is all the way to the right but images are still not aligned properly. How could this be rectified. Flir one gen 2.

Framerate and resolution sucks, there is chinese version with much better quality.

Can I export a picture with the IR scale overlayed? IMO an IR-picture has little value without a scale!

someone could comment for me ....... if it works to detect leakage or leakage of water in a pool with tiles .......... because between the waterproof structure and the tile there is always water once the pool was emptied

I am thinking to buy this product... Abit doubtful about it's performance from ratings and reviews on Android market... while some reviews are quite encouraging... considering it's IR based camera... can this device be used as distance measuring device as a byproduct???though some Android app etc.... cause I have seen IR based distance devices.... please reply.

I needed to find a short on a motherboard, a $3000 model from you
indicated that the source of the heat was .... the motherboard!! - like
wow, that's a big help! - thermal sensor technology is not high enough
resolution to be useful in 2017 for all but the most crude checks on
huge equipment - try to get a price performance breakthrough so that
this will be useful by more than just a niche market. Also - my company
forbids the purchase of any expensive electronic devices without
available schematics, as the manufacturer could go under, or we could
need out of warranty repair, etc.

Just got mine today, using it with the Galaxy S7 Edge.. awesome product. just totally bitch'n.. I've already got a video going viral on the Chevy Volt FB group.. showing the heated steering wheel and engine when it's running. I should have bought one of these awhile ago.

Does cats60 phone work in dark if there is something in dark it will show you from the heat of that thing ?

This is a fantastic product. just wished that their app had the ability to lock the scale and I didn't have to use a 3rd party app to do this.

Wish this had FSX in addition to MSX. My understanding of the difference is that MSX is 'fusion' with RGB and MSX is either 'Thermal HDR' or 'Close Temperature Difference, Dynamic Range Expansion' (you could see a person on fire, in a fire and the lack of temperature difference would not result in one large 'thermal blob' but instead a distinct image).

It would be great to see that enhanced technology come to the Consumer, it is not as though the Fire Department would be cheap and fail to buy the proper FSX Imagers and buy this Consumer Device instead (just to save a few $).

Ability to upload a custom Palette is always a great thing.
