Ответитьthank you so much guys ☺
ОтветитьWhere is this? Looks similar to where I run. I am in Utah
ОтветитьCan you create a running video for someone in their 50s who wants to do a 1/2 marathon? How often should I run, and how much rest do I need to take?
ОтветитьExcellent video, I will start putting this into practice.
ОтветитьLoved this video. Gave me a good recap. Would appreciate if you could kindly share tips for running on a treadmill.
ОтветитьPEEPEEPOOPOO

ОтветитьNo one noticed that line about deep penetration?
ОтветитьExcellent sir and mem ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat video, thank you guys!
Ответитьfinaly something I looked for :)
Ответитьthe moment of deepest penetration
Ответитьbut when i lift my shin i hit race pace immediately
Ответитьthe quality though
ОтветитьVery interesting. I will practice them tips. 👍👍
ОтветитьIve been running for a month, now got an ankle injury, Ive tried to massage and stretch, then it heals then I run again and it feels painful again
ОтветитьSo I’ve been doing it wrong huh now I see why I get runners knee pain and have to wait 2, 3 days to run again
ОтветитьI used to be a big athlete in high school (soccer, kicker for football, and basketball, cross country in middle school). In 2014 I was in a severe single car accident and spent 13 days in a coma. I had to relearn how to walk and everything. I signed up for a 5k in October because I want to learn how to run again. My chiropractic/functional neurologist suggested looking into this chi running technique. Thank you for laying things out so clearly in this video! I will definitely be coming back to this many times as I continue in my journey.
ОтветитьHold chips. Walk on eggshells. Got it 👍
ОтветитьGreat video for this newbie runner !
Ответить"The moment of deepest penetration" huh?!
ОтветитьVery helpful. Was this shot in Boulder?
Ответить💯 👌 Excellent work, but eggshells, that must be for the pro's, Kipchoge et al 😂
ОтветитьWhen I run, it feels like a dinosaur stomping on the ground thrusting forward to grab on to its prey. Is it something prehistoric?
Ответитьit's very clear and usefull. thanks from VietNam
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьWhen he said imagine the ground is eggshells, I was like "oh believe me I'm familiar with that thanks to the narcs in my life"
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI was always a natural forefoot striker but for some unknown reason I started heel striking, then all my hip and lower back problems came along. I'm now in the process of correcting it 😂😂
ОтветитьFirst off, really educative video! I’ve been putting these ideas into practice for a while now and my running times have improved tremendously!!
Second, are you guys based in Boulder?! I recognise the Flatirons in your video!
Unless striving for time, efficiency do what works for you.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьTy😊
ОтветитьJust starting back at 56 after several years of not running. This helps tremendously as does proper lacing and fit of the shoe. I already feel the improvement.
ОтветитьMeh. This video should be called tips to look pretty while running. A lot of this stuff doesn’t really matter. Just run
ОтветитьFor those of us who recently started back into running (3 months ago for me) there is NO WAY you can possibly bring your trailing leg that far up behind you. Extremely unnatural feeling and takes way too much energy to do that. I'm not sure why so many videos talk about this. Sure, if you're running fast then yes but no way I could possibly run that fast to have the leg and foot up that high.
ОтветитьFor efficiency you want to concentrate propelling yourself forward, picture a conveyor belt not a wheel. You have too much bounce and leg lift (a young runner mistake) also too much arm swing. This all wastes a great deall of energy and it all adds up when running distance.
ОтветитьHe said deepest penetration.
Ответить🇺🇦🦁🇺🇸
ОтветитьA running tutorial where they are running on asphalt. Very wrong. Asphalt will ruin your legs. Run on grovel
Ответить👌👍👏
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьTy now I need tutorials how to walk and how to breathe.
ОтветитьSo thats why old cartoons like Scooby Doo animated running that way.
