I think this might be an actor, who started at the bottom. Eventually, she started to climb higher and aimed for an award (or something great) and soon achieved it.

FYI all the GOEBLINS videos from 2015 are tributes to female pioneers of animation.

If you are able to create a unique work of art, don't worry! it will find a way to show up. Just stand behind it and don't listen to anyone.
