I put 2 baking trays in and only one tray is cooking. I thought top and bottom means it’ll cook both trays on top and bottom. So how do I use two trays at once? I only have options top and bottom, top only, bottom only and grill 😢

Hi, I'm using a conventional oven. One knob has a temperature setting up to 260 degrees which turns on the fire below the oven. And another knob to turn on the fire above. Now I need to get 500 degrees F for the bread. I don't know how to set it. I don't have a thermometer.
