I tried this recipe twice and it's become my favourite ish.. Do make it at home.. Such an easy and tasty recipe.. Thank you so much..
In case you needed-
Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Onions- 1 large chopped
Beef- 1kg
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Tomato- 1 sliced
Salt- 1 tsp (add more if you want later)
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Water- 1 cup (required)
Curd- 4 tbsp (tip- whisk before adding)
Chillies- 4 split (at least add one split if you can't handle)
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)- 1/2 tsp crushed
Garnish:
Coriander leaves chopped
Chilli (split)
Ginger (julienne cut)- my suggestion!
