My school district in CA got rid of important job position that supported disabled students in the classroom, and they saved enough money by doing that to force every single person from janitor to HR person teacher etc to go to DEI classes 28 hours required for every single employee.

I don't always agree with Ben. However, he does make some valid points here. I'm currently a grad student at an institution that is all about diversity and inclusion, yet I do not feel the inclusion aspect of it at all. On their diversity and inclusion page, they mostly talk about black students and black lives matter. Is that all it means to them? I have a disability which affects me more cognitively than physically and I feel like since I'm not in a wheel chair, I can't say something about it.

No this is just quota hiring of people you have to lower your standards to accommodate. Folks that their only qualification for the job is their bathroom choice and their skin color and they stay in that job until they retire. They have to be hired and can’t be fired or they will sue. Education, jobs are given to these folks for the wrong reasons, it should be based on universal standards. If We are going to give these folks welfare then leave them at home.
