omg Book of travels just made my day.
and hopefully my month of september and onwards.
Beautiful
Ramp looks like the Tony hawks games on GBA and I really like that. I hope they can make the levels bigger because it looks super fun.
EDIT: Id recommend checking out the Tony Hawks gba games if you end up liking Ramp :)
I'm always a bit confused when you say that the list is in no particular order, but then you say like "coming in at number 8" or "on to the top 5" -- are the games in the list ranked in some way or not?
ОтветитьStill playing The Ascent, then I have Death's Door, but after those, looking forward to Book of Travels and Road 96.
PS thank you for highlighting The Ramp, looking very cool for a single developer.
Dodgeball Academia looks really interesting. I’m also really excited for the 1.0 release of Dreamscaper!
ОтветитьSong Of Iron reminds me of Unto The End from last year, but I'm guessing it won't be as hard. So many cool looking games this month! No Longer Home deserves mention, it came out on 30th July but I'm playing it now, and quite impressed by this magical realist pnc adventure.
ОтветитьVery good games this month
ОтветитьGreat lost of games here! Kinda surprised to not see Grime on here, but maybe that's just because I'm excited for it 😁
ОтветитьWow and here I thought I had my August purchases nailed down. I either have to make some hard decisions or sleep less. I have from my wishlist Death trash, Button City, here comes Niko and Haven Park all com8ng out. Crazy month for indies.
ОтветитьLove your videos. Keep up the amazing work :).
ОтветитьThis is a crazy good month, 7 out of the 10 games here are right up my alley. Can't wait, especially Song of Iron. Cheers!
ОтветитьSong of Iron looks amazing. Can't wait to spend my money on it 🤑😍
ОтветитьMine is definitely Grime. Amazing game.
ОтветитьIm going to try dodgeball academia, i used to play one dodgeball game 15 years algo, it was very fun
ОтветитьBook of travels and road 96 both can be gold, hope they are.
Been waiting for route 96 for a long time
Song of iron too?? What a month!
ОтветитьI've said it before on the channel, but Toodee and Toodee has been atop my most anticipated list since I stumbled upon it and its demo nearly a year ago. I too hope it gets the recognition it deserves. It's such a simple concept that so far seems brilliantly executed and iterated upon.
Also, I didn't realize Recompile finally had a date! It was my previously most anticipated until it was usurped by the aforementioned.
Next month is stacked too with Kena, The Artful Escape, Sable, and Aragami 2.
there's also Black Book, Greak: Memories of Azur and Baldo!
ОтветитьI'm not crying, your crying! Thank you Get Indie Gaming for having me on your list, its an honor!
ОтветитьBook of Travels art style is gorgeous.
ОтветитьHi Stuart. Great video as always. So glad to see Toodee and Topdee in your list. That is definitely going to be a hidden gem of the month!
ОтветитьI'm just a bit sad that you didn't include GRIME ;P But nice video!
ОтветитьToday (3rd August) also came out a game called Here Comes Niko! It was published by Gears for Breakfast, the same guys who made A Hat in Time and is a 3D platformer that looks like a perfect game to relax in summer time. I'm deffinitely gonna check it out.
Recompile and Book of Travels look very interesting. And also, thank you for reminding me that 12 Minutes is launching this month. :-)
I'm in LOVE with Dodgeball Academia's art direction, and it looks fun as hell, instant wishlist
ОтветитьOnly channel where I always appreciate all suggestions!
ОтветитьAlready playing Grime (and loving it), and looking forward to Recompile, Lamentum, Greak: Memories of Azur, as well as Dreamscaper coming out of Early Access.
ОтветитьMan there are some really fun looking ones here. Never thought that a dodgeball game and a skateboarding game would looks so amazing to me. lol
ОтветитьSong of Iron has a really interesting visual approach.
ОтветитьWelp, they're gonna wear out the "90s vibe" real quick. The thing about this current run of 90s nostalgia is that unlike the 80s the 90s were not that awesome. I was there for both and the 90s as far as influence was meh at best. But nostalgia is everything for folks these days, I mean why challenge yourself with something new and fresh?
Ответить#7 Hoa in Vietmanese mean Flower, it was original base on a famous kid novel name "Journey of the little Cricket" but idk why they changed the character into a little flower, may be to suit more pop-cult outside that didn't know about the novel.
ОтветитьPsychonauts 2 will blow these all away.
ОтветитьBought The ramp, but sadly don't allow keyboard or controller remap. I know it's just one developer, but this shouldn't be a feature nowadays...
ОтветитьI remember the channel discussing Procession to Calvary earlier in the year, were you able to play it?
ОтветитьWe also released Lifeslide
Ответитьrespect ur work bringing small games to light
ОтветитьPlayed song of Iron in early days, and I cannot wait for this one.
ОтветитьRoad 96 is ace, They put out a closed beta and i was one of the majorly lucky ones to get into it. all i can say is your in for a treat!
Ответитьthe ramp = 720
ОтветитьEvery time I see your videos, I always have my steam page open just to wishlist every game you show !! Thanks !!!
ОтветитьSo much time waiting to play Recompile, I will be finally able to play! Can't wait!
ОтветитьStudio Jeebuhlee
ОтветитьThought of this when you made that reference when talking about Dodgeball Academia 😅
"If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball!"
That being said, it does look like a fun game to play
No Grime in selection – big mistake :)
ОтветитьI've been playing The Ramp since launch and something about it is just so satisfying to play whilst listening to music and chilling out
ОтветитьPlease, put fix the release date, genre and plataforms avaibles of each game on video,
ОтветитьSong of iron is amazing!!
ОтветитьExcellent video, one day I hope my next trailer appears here hahaha
ОтветитьDid I make it in time for a September list 👉👈
ОтветитьWell, we’ve made it to August. Here are the indie games out this month we’re most looking forward to. One quick thing, this video was put to bed before the Behind the Frame launch date was announced. That one looks ace! See anything you’re interested in playing or we missed from the rundown? Feel free to let us know down in the comments.
