I don't actually use it because I manage my password vault manually but +1 Vaultwarden (Bitwarden self hosted) for those that don't want to copy vault files around like a caveman.

Export to bitwarden.

Use keepass....

Bit flawed thinking on the open source comment. You are always at the provider mercy when using online products, open source or not.
