people keep saying to use fullscreen but this makes my game run significantly worse and when you alt tab it pauses the game then you have to spam esc key to get back in.
this might be an AMD thing but I fully advise windowed fullscreen.

idk if i have shitty comp or free ark from steam is bad but this still look bad and lags

My ark server is like 80% bad weather (fog or w/e) and the sky and trees look so pixelated during this. Any advice? (i'm running a pretty good computer tbh)

my max resolution is 1940x1080 and my game looks like an arcade game when i play, i also get lots of frame rate spikes and my screen feels like its lagging behind my movement.
