no mention of A1 vs A2 cow milk, or how goats milk is wayyyy better. And what about raw goats milk? The calcium in pasteurized cow milk doesnt even work in the body as it is bonded with phosphorous from the heating process, and has an acidic ash which pulls calcium. That's I think why the highest cow dairy consuming nations have the highest bone health problems. Also no mention of A1 dairy causing all the problems of indigestion, bloating, IBS, skin rashes and allergies etc. This was a rather surprising video.. You'd think a health guru from India or wherever she is from would have provided you all with this info. Even Sadhguru has talked about what I've written here.

Mostly I agree with the advices.
I do not with milk.
We grew up with milk but that is human ( breast) milk.
Cow milk is for calfs and not for humans.
It gives even osteoporosis. When you would get more calcium then eat green beans or broccoli.
The herbs you mentioned do have a healthy effect. But cow milk doesn’t.

I am from a country which is one of the biggest producers of cow milk. There have been many researches about the effect on cow milk.
So I don’t write this because I think it is so.

If you are not a calf or a baby, no milk...cows milk is for calves, mothers milk for babies...there is no other milk🙏🏼
