But in tensorflow environment other libraries don't work like, pandas and matplotlib how all these libraries can be used in one environment?

Well Thanks ,I sucessfully installed Tensorflow ,but another libs like pandas and sns are giving error when i select this tf enviroment. Any solutions as we have to uses all libs in same enviroment either base or tf.

And just want to point out the other small problem that occur to me for later if anyone has the same problem: when create the new environment to install tensorflow, make sure your have the python version of '2.7.*|3.7.*|3.6.*|3.5.*', otherwise you will have the error message UnsatisfiableError.

Is jupyter notebook installed important because i already installed it.

There are alternative ways that don't need to make it too difficult
Please follow my procedure
1)first create a new environment just open Anaconda # then click on Environments ## Create a new environment then write environment in the name: Tensor_flow then select Python from dropbox like python3.7 or 3.8 and click on create it will create a tensor_flow environment
2) Second click on created Tensor_flow environment must select tensor_flow created environments # then click on install it will show all install packages write TensorFlow and click on install TensorFlow ## then select Keras and install Keras
3)Click on Home button # install juptytorNotebook ### lunchJupytorNotebook
4) Now go start the menu search box write Jupiter It will show jupytorNotebok + JupytorNotebookTensorFlow but you must choose for JupytorNotebookTensorFlow so click on JupytorNotebookTensorFlow and then select python to write import TensorFlow as tf also check for from TensorFlow import Keras
