Scrap Secrets: Auto Cast, Rotors, Heavy Steel, Oh My!

I want to import auto cast scrap will you export?

I like to learn all I can about the scrap business

The yard I go to, it's ripping me off then, I took a full load of rotors and I was paid hms price not rotor price, I was told HMS and rotors are the same 😡

Is there a reason why steel/materials longer than 4' have a 'oversized' downgrade to price...what makes 4' the magic number?
