i may be sure that you are pretty handy and creative but mentioning so many times and trying to actually say that is you the source of every inspiration is kinda lame and out of style man.... relax :) great content
ОтветитьI dont really like glassmorphism
ОтветитьI remember using neumorphic design for an academic ppt submission. 2 years ago from a YT video. Never knew this trend came from this background.
ОтветитьI am biggest fan of Neumorphism or glassmorphism ❤
ОтветитьI commend you sir, you are a true pioneer of our time!
ОтветитьHow haven’t you been asked to do a ted talk yet?
ОтветитьGreat video! One thing to keep in mind, is that using the blur filter in CSS (which is necessary for creating a glassmorphic design) can significantly decrease performance, especially on lower-end devices. I've personally experienced this firsthand when I had to redesign a glassmorphic website because even scrolling was extremely laggy on mobile.
It's always important to keep performance in mind when designing for the web. I hope that this issue will be fixed in the future.
I may be wrong, but it seems less like you "created" these trends, so much as you named them
ОтветитьAccessibility is overrated
ОтветитьWow!! This content totally opened up my brain and my thinking process. I loved it when you said that as a designer, we should be curious, exploratory and having fun creating great works. Otherwise we will get bored of our creations and stuck in our own way.
Ответитьyou seem upset about people adopting the designs lol
ОтветитьWhat I like about your videos is the simplicity. Even with 0 understanding of the subject, I now know what I should pay attention to when others create the design for our website. Please keep moving with the same detailed explanations!
ОтветитьCool, I was doing "glassmorphism" in 2013 using CSS3, opacity, gradient, and subtle drop shadows. I didn't know what to call it then. I just knew I wanted it to look like glass. It was something I was proud of. Still holds up well today. A nice glass looking minimalist drop-down menu
ОтветитьHighly Underrated!
i hate it when creators or founders dont get credit! im gonna start telling everyone about you 😄
DS Lite used Neumorphism in its case design (the bezel around the touch screen) before it was cool. ;p hehe

ОтветитьI've been waiting 10k for 2years now, and i work hard like you. but i still have 1.9k
ОтветитьNice - I discovered this today.
ОтветитьOwwoooo.. I have learned too many things.. Thank you so much!!
ОтветитьWhy not just bring true skeuomorphism back? There was nothing wrong with it. It had a cozy feel to it. Flat design feels cold and unwelcoming. I wish companies would stop trying to fix things that weren't broken to begin with.
ОтветитьLove this channel and your content. I know video might not be your preferred medium, but your videos are extremely helpful and you, sir, are an absolute blessing to junior designers everywhere!
ОтветитьAmazing!
Ответитьwow its crazy to think that you "established" such big design trends
ОтветитьSo it's ok to explore popular designs as long as you don't claim them as your own? If you do publish a paper are you suppose to know what the ideas are and then credit you for the information?
ОтветитьIn one of your courses summaries you say "I created the popular design trends like: neumorphism, glassmorphism and Aurora", to be fair, you didn't create them, you just made up the names for them by analysing other people designs. Don't you think you put too much credit over there to yourself?
Ответитьdude, I fucking adore Neumorphism!
I hated Flat UI from the moment it was first mentioned. and just counted the days to its death.
material design was a bit better, but still trash.
but now with Neumorphism, i can finally start enjoying the web again.
Mike "The Trend Maker" Malewicz
Ответитьnice video btw
ОтветитьO God such a power packed tutorial it was..
Design is exploring, curiosity and having fun doing it.. thankyou Michal
You started the trend, that is amazing!
ОтветитьYou are a legend Sir! :D
ОтветитьWow. This was very informative. I reeaaally can't wait for your course. I'm great at functionality and UX but I'm trying to get better at UI. I really look forward to the portfolio reviews
Thank you so much
So it has always been you 😬
ОтветитьEveryone: "I bet that your dream is to work on Google, Amazon, Apple or Microsoft"
Me: "Hype4, dear, Hype4" *insert dream face
It's really exciting knowing I'm learning from the main source 😌
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьGreat stuff! Happy I found your channel. Awesome to see the behind the scenes stuff. I remember noticing this stuff on dribble. One of apples wwdc announcement backgrounds had a little neumophism in it that got me exited like when iOS 7s big redesign happened but they didn’t lean into it as much as I hoped. Very cool tho!
ОтветитьAwesome man! I knew about Glassmorphism... I made a video on it a couple of months ago and mentioned your article for more in-depth details.
But I did not know that you started the other 2 trends as well... really amazing... keep exploring and sharing new trends...👍🏼
Really great video !
I want to try this out is so cool 😎 and looks so damn nit!
It hurts me so much I didnt even see your name while reading 100s of posts on neumorphism. I guess the satisfaction of starting some trend compensates for it in some way 💖
ОтветитьI really love the brutalism trend but like you said, I think I will try to re-do my portfolio in a style that is similar. As someone looking for work, I also worry using that style might be a little too much for potential employers. The glass morphism trend you started is gorgeous and makes me think of futuristic ui. I love it.
ОтветитьI'm a INTP and prefer writing a milion times more than talking/being on camera. Definitely not ready yet to go in front of the lens. 😂 I admire Your courage, haha! What personality are You Michał, if You don't mind me asking?
ОтветитьWhat an amazing video, really learnt a lot, thank you so much.
ОтветитьThank you! keep it up 👍
ОтветитьI love your channel 🇯🇲. Feel the same around camera
Ответитьyou are the one who created the trend True? from the title it looks like this ... ◉‿◉ 🔥
