Years ago a group of four of us went and ate at a restaurant specialising in nouveau cuisine. I have left dirtier plates than the food we were presented with. With the main course, we were given a selection of vegetables. I asked the waiter how we were to divide three potatoes between four of us. He didn't seem to understand. I had to ask and pay for an additional plate of vegetables. We did stop off somewhere on the way home to get a snack.

I'll take pizza over any fancy food any day of the week. Taste is subjective. I'd rather pay some for a good dinner, than fortune for a spoon of something and patronizing waiter telling me how to eat it :D
