Pfffft. Phantom money. Phantom expenditures. Phantom fans. I'm too old to be bothered by people buying and selling invisible "stuff" that isn't tools, food, clothing, shelter or that which translates into real cash. So bitcoin is used. Great. Now, go buy some groceries with it. It is for only specific markets, which may work for some, but is still impractical during a power crisis that will be caused by the electric car. I will not buy into such short-sighted nonsense, since I don't need to launder my money. I may be obsolete, but I will survive just fine.

I don't put much value or trust in NFTs. But that tweet about how they are causing war and environmental damage is funny. Really? By what unit of measurement and how? Does that mean said person has stopped using the dollar? Cause the impact of that makes any impact from NFTs seem insignificant by comparison.

Why do people post a video link to important information, instead of just explaining it with an excerpt or link me to the article? I have no idea what any of this is but to my understanding its bad for the environment because of the computers used to prosses the transactions. if that's the case then what about the energy used to power your phone or computer in order to complain, all the waist and pollution that is created in manufacturing the lithium batteries. if you want to save the earth than go live in a cave and eat dirt (because I assume your all vegans). just have fun, ignorance is bliss and in the end non of anything truly matters.
