Can you super() in a subclass to another subclass? If you can, then how?

i have question which of this Statements are Right :
1-The number of methods in a superclass is always higher than in each of its subclasses.
2-Inheritance models the IS-A relationship, in which the objects of the subclass are also objects of the superclass.
3-Two subclasses of the same superclass always have the same number of methods.
