ОтветитьAs a transitioning teacher, I am learning so much from your videos. Do you have a timeline you can please share to show approximately how much time you spend on each phase of project you are working on for a client from start to finish?
ОтветитьCan you add translation of arabic
ОтветитьCan I know what is the program that u use to create the project? Thanks in advance 😊
ОтветитьLoved the straightforward content, tips. I found the examples helpful as well.
ОтветитьHey Devlin! Super grateful for your content. Would you possibly be willing to share your template for your Storyboard that you build in Google Docs? Yours has been the most logical layout that I've seen so far and I've been really struggling to create my own in a way that flows neatly.
ОтветитьGreat Video!
I really liked the 'email collaboration' example at the end. I'm curious what it takes to design the functionality/animation? I envision something similar in a project I want to create but not sure how to turn it into reality!...LOL. I suppose that is the challenge of creating engaging, memorable, Elearning! Thanks
Great work there! Was really helpful.
ОтветитьDevlin, what approach would you suggest for me tech specific training? I just landed a information security position.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this detailed information! This video is extremely helpful!
ОтветитьWhat did you use to create this storyboard
ОтветитьWow just wow🎉

ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI'd like to know more about your ID bootcamp. Thanks!
ОтветитьWhat are the norms regarding the information you need to source to create a course? What sources do you use? Do you need to cite the sources? What sources are deemed credible? I haven’t found anything on this. I would appreciate any insight.
ОтветитьThis is so helpful, thank you so much! Regina
ОтветитьThank you for the great content!
ОтветитьI'm a recent graphic design grad and just landed my first ID role starting Monday. These lessons are extremely informative and this one in particular is stellar, providing the examples and breaking them down as a newcomer to this job title is a huge help so thank you for putting this out there!
Could you point me in the right direction for information on other methods like scenario based solutions? Would love to get acquainted with them all to hit the ground running!
Thanks Devlin. Learned so much from your videos!
ОтветитьThanks. Very helpful
ОтветитьHi Devlin. This is fantastic, thank you for great content! It's helping me refresh on topics I learned in my masters degree (you're a pro). What program did you use to produce this video?

ОтветитьHi Devin....i needed info on moodle. would you be able to help me out.
ОтветитьThank you for breaking down every step! I'm currently interviewing for an ID role. Great video!
ОтветитьGreat course. Thanks. Do you have a video on which methods of training are proven best for conveying different types of content -- with examples? In other words, what are the most effective methods for explaining theories and terms vs product training vs scenarios?
ОтветитьThanks so much, Devlin, you're a blessing!
ОтветитьHi Devlin! Thank you for sharing such valuable information! What are your favorite collaborative tools and applications to use for designing your prototypes, storyboards, and moments of delight?
ОтветитьSuper-engaging video, and love how you make action-mapping concrete with a real-world example. Just finished reading Map It, and this is helping the material stick! Much appreciated Devlin!
ОтветитьAmazing content! Can you share the template of the google doc you are using for storyboarding?
ОтветитьThanks for sharing, it was very informative!
ОтветитьWould a scenario based eLearning experience come after an informational training so that the participant knows how to navigate the scenarios based on what they've learned?
ОтветитьI landed a job of ID by answering what I learned from you Devlin. I am an engineer. Job starts in 4 weeks...gotta learn how to do IDing till then. I am so confident i have your lectures, i know I will pull it. Thank you sooooo much
Ответитьwhat software did u use to create a the elearning?
ОтветитьI feel like I'm doing an MBA with you Devlin. There is no end to what you can teach. Keep up the great work. I especially like the animation examples of how to make our e-learning more memorable.
ОтветитьI hope to make projects like these too specially that awesome project by Theresa
ОтветитьDev, you're the GOAT! By far the best of your videos and that's saying a lot since your videos have been so helpful. After each one I watch I feel my imposter syndrome dwindling away. Thank you so much! Keep up the excellent work!
ОтветитьSome great steps in here - will definitely be revisiting this video!
Just wondering where everyone gets their characters from? Really struggled to find a good resource for happy/sad diverse characters
This is a way detailed video, Devlin. And combined with other action mapping videos on your channel makes it a perfect combo. I would love to ask, what can be the possible observable actions for a knowledge-based problem?
ОтветитьThanks for the wonderful content. I've been binge watching your channel for a while now. I have a quick question: if I master storyline 360 & rise, do I still need to learn other authoring/design tools? TIA
ОтветитьHi Devlin! Can you add the link on A. Hoffman site? Please
Ответитьhi devlin! in so many job description they ask us that we should can add surveys, or gamification with educational content! do you have any suggestion regarding that? and I was wondering if how can I learn CSS, HTML5, or webpage design ASAP?
ОтветитьHi Devlin and all! I am a New Delhi-based curriculum developer. I specialize in elementary education and sociology of education and have been working with government organizations and NGOs for a couple of years. Now, I intend to switch to the profile of an instructional designer. I have been reading, watching videos and also intend to build a portfolio. However, I have three major queries.
a) Should my portfolio samples be general or specific at this initial stage of the switch? In other words, should I restrict it to elementary education work samples or include samples that cater to the need of corporates, include other topics, etc.?
b) Should I prepare for the role in terms of what industry needs or what I can offer? If both, how do I strike a balance between these two?
c) Are South Asian people often viewed as ‘cheap labourers’, specifically in the freelance space? (I intend to work with people across the globe while residing in India.)
I would highly appreciate it if you all could share your response to the above-given questions.
Thanks in advance!
Devlin, How do you test your prototype? Is there a specific tool that allows testing on multiple browsers?
