This is a lie. :P When Tristiana kills someone the cooldown on her jump refreshes itself. And since she killed a person everytime she jumped, since she was probably AP Tristana, she could jump continuosly.

Oh I just figured that's what happened I actually never even played Tristana so no argument there then my bad. :)

Not trying to argue or anything, but if you quoted correctly, he said "we" which means that many people choose which plays make the top 5. Sure his favorite character may be heimer, which may cause him to vote for heimer to be on the top 5, but still, the others have to vote for that as well.
