I'm all about information today. A lot of times I'm just about the practice, but sometimes we over here in the Western world need some convincing before we put the work in. But when the practice is as simple as breathing and the proof is in the pudding, you become a little more ready to get to work. Focus on improvement and not perfection.

My name is Sydney Dunlap and I am a 200 Hour RYT. I have been practicing yoga for a little over six years, after finding yoga due to a hiking injury. I ultimately stuck with yoga as a way to navigate depression and anxiety, and some mental trauma that came from damaging relationships.
