EU isn't that democratic. EU politicians aren't sufficiently accountable to the people of Europe. Rule of law is maintained by the will of its people not by law enforcement. An unsupported law is an unjust law.

Rule of law? There is no such thing in humankind. Don't be hypocritic. The world has been and is dominated by rich and powerful men ever. And this will not change forever.

The question is whose law. It is easy to defend the common laws, the danger is in those that might be introduced with political motives.

Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen, how come do we have to follow the Rule of Law if EU values have been taken away by other different cultures, that don't match at all with ours, which have been settled in the EU under your permission?
EU citizens unemployed or job seekers and immigrants employed and receiving benefits.
