Fire and Fury (Starcraft 2 Cinematic Cutscene)

I'm so glad I was raised playing Starcraft 2 and not watching Tiktoks.

Watching this back in 2010 was revolutionary for a RTS , it was like watching a inmersive movie with gameplay

Hands down, my favorite cutscene.

Ehhhh. Blizzard back then was so good. If only Warcraft 3 Reforged would be as epic as this :(

This scene makes me proud of be a Terran main.

No matter how many times I rewatch these cutscenes, they will always give me the same goosebumps as when I first watched them as a kid.

Even the hellscape of Char gives them the ray of hope. That's the most memorable part of this.

Someone make this speech when covid ends.

This is the only reason I try to save as many units as I can, I like to imagine that they have families to go home to. So I attempt to have the least amount of casualties possible.

I’m my opinion the Protoss should have been on Char to back up the Terran. They could’ve had their revenge against Kerrigan for what happened in SC 1

Seeing this first time as a 16 year old kid who had waited SC to continue basicly whole his childhood (since 7) coming to this mission I felt obligated after hearing Raynor's speech, we did rely on each other, and you delivered, and I played :)

I used to watch this channel for the piss-taking vids he did on Planetside 2

The humans inside the suits are regular size, it's just the suit that's extremely bulky, seeing how much stuff is actually jammed into it. Computers, targeting equipment, waste recyclers that ensure marines can go a week without eating a proper meal, air recyclers, shoulder-housed ammunition reloads and sensor arrays, structural support, salvage system, nuclear/biological/chemical shielding, life support, stimpak-dispensers, and more. So yeah, it -needs- to be bulky :P

Despite of how much I like how boss they look, whenever I see SCII marines in suit I cant stop but wonder...how wide are their shoulders???

There are 1,050 belt-fed rounds in those boxes you see one of the marines taking out at the end of the cutscene. I couldn't help but do a little bit of math when it showed that there were 42 rounds (4%) remaining.

How can Mutalisks fly in space? There is no air they can move with their wings. There are quite a few "mysteries" in the game, but I don't mind them^^.

Overpressure iar filtration systems. Modern tanks have it for working in NBC enviroments, and if its powerful enough to filter faster than it is exhaled through the open visor, they'd be OK.

how the hell can tychus,raynor, and warfield breathe easily without the helmet,visor thing. The high amount of hydrogen(or carbon, I'm not an air expert) will kill them in a second. Also, the lava particles can easily enter their windpipes, causing a disease similar to asbestosis. Basically, they are fighting the zerg in conditions worse than industrial factories.

i remember playing the game and my mouth dropping when Raynor said that they are going to attack Char. the idea is simple staggering. to land in the middle of the enemy's base planet,to attack them head on, to put all your hope in one thing, one wild card that my turn the entire battle. i know this has happened sometimes is history as well, stories that would label some man crazy or fool, yet they did it, and they are now called brave.

@SXsoft99 I think it is safe to assume that basic chemistry still applies in the Starcraft Universe ;) Afterall, it is a Sci-Fi game, not a fantasy game in most aspects.

@SXsoft99 All I am trying to tell you is that the rain doesn't neccesarily has to be water. Acids are also liquids. Ancient earth also knew rain when earth was a volcano, though it was acidic.
