Hi Randy...Really love what you are teaching and sharing though I have yet to create any as I was looking for something specific. I had been an assistant vessel Admin and really love how Excel really works.

I now have retired but still love to do admin work and had recently been hired by a small company to streamline the activities of crews from my previous employer.

What I am looking for is to have a data base whereby it contains TRANSPORT (Date / Route / Employee Name (Which will include a pic of the crew, contact number, hometown) / Vessel / Purpose -- for purpose option needs to have different colors for Trainings and Medical), HOTEL & CONFIRMATION NO. which is the accommodation and type and number of rooms booked, will also contain Check-In/Out Dates --- check-out dates needs to have a color to identify that stay is over, TRAINING CENTRE, TRAINER, MEDICAL CENTRE, REQUESTED BY....

Further to this will have options to add remarks, able to print a range of specific dates to view crew movement meaning I can clearly see for that date who comes in, goes where (for medical/trainings or others) and also within the same day who goes back

I love this! Could something similar be explored for an issue tracker? I have mine set-up so that a query runs and pulls data from my Outlook folder so I don't have to manually create each issue which I love, but then it is all formulas. Stepping it up and turning it into something more robust would be amazing! An issue ticketing system so to speak. Issues are auto created with all the email texts and body pulling in from the query and then status updates, tracking, analytics all done from something like this!

Interesting lesson to keep track of candidates when applying for a job and to analyze who among them is the best candidate for the job. Too bad I was confused during the whole lesson. The subtitles were not in sync at all. At least not with the Dutch subtitles. I don't know about the other languages. With the actions, examples, references, and switching you do, the subtitles are 20 to 30 seconds behind. If you open a macro or VBA to write code and you go back to the dashboard, I only see opening the macro or VBA while you are already working on something completely different. That's really confusing.
